Spotted heading west on West Bellfort at the South Post Oak Kroger. I followed it west past Chimney Rock. It went into the Parkwest neighborhood and stopped at a house, flashers blinking. I think it was simulating a pickup/dropoff. It had a steering wheel and driver. It departed again in a minute or so. I did not follow further.
