Cybercab Has Gone Global From Palo Alto to Austria, It's Everywhere Right Now

Cybercabs are showing up everywhere from Palo Alto to Dallas, Miami to Austria. Here's the full rundown of where the world's most watched robotaxi has been spotted lately.

From a California Street Corner to the Austrian Alps

If you've been paying attention, you already know the Tesla Cybercab has been popping up all over the place. But the last few weeks took things to a whole new level. The car that started showing up on El Camino Real in Palo Alto back in early 2026 has now made its way across an ocean. Cybercab touched down in Europe — and the Tesla community absolutely lost it. Check the live sightings map to see where community members are logging them in real time.

Tesla Takeover Europe — Flachau, Austria Just Happened

Tesla Takeover Europe 2026 went down June 5–6 in Flachau, Austria — one of the biggest Tesla community gatherings on the planet — and a Cybercab was there. In the Alps. In Europe. The legendary drone pilot @JoeTegtmeyer, who has been hovering over Giga Texas capturing some of the most iconic Cybercab footage anyone has seen, was on the ground for it. When Joe shows up with a drone, you know something worth documenting is happening. The Tesla community in Europe got their first real-life look at the car that's been dominating the conversation stateside, and the reaction was exactly what you'd expect — pure excitement.

Back Home — Cybercabs Are All Over the Map

While Europe was getting its first taste, the US sightings have been stacking up fast. Palo Alto has been one of the most active spots since day one — right down the road from Tesla's engineering HQ. Tesla Cybercab spotted on El Camino Real in Palo Alto California 2026 San Francisco has had its share too. But the geography is expanding. Dallas is now seeing regular Cybercab activity — the fleet on Dallas streets is visibly larger now, suggesting Tesla has been quietly adding units as production at Giga Texas ramps up. Las Vegas is confirmed on the expansion list. Miami got a full Cybercab showcase at the F1 Grand Prix Fan Fest in late April — a Cybertruck literally towed one through the crowd in a glass display case marked "Future is Autonomous." Kansas City, Chicago, Houston — the community is catching them further and further from home base. See which cities are leading the sightings count.

@JoeTegtmeyer and the Giga Texas Flyovers

If you haven't been following @JoeTegtmeyer on X, fix that immediately. In late April, Joe spotted approximately 60 Cybercabs parked in two organized groups in Giga Texas's outbound lot — the largest concentration observed to date. That's not testing. That's a production ramp. His drone footage has become the most reliable window into what's actually happening at the factory floor, and the story it's telling is clear: Cybercabs are being built and they're going places.

Europe Is Watching — And It's Coming

The Austria appearance wasn't just for show. Tesla has a real European roadmap in motion. FSD ride-along programs have been running across Germany, France, and Italy since late 2025 — extended through early 2026 due to high demand. Regulatory approval for FSD in Europe runs through the Netherlands' RDW authority, and once that clears, the domino effect into broader European markets begins. A full Cybercab robotaxi launch in Europe is realistically a 2027–2028 story, but the groundwork is being laid right now — and Flachau was part of that. Get the community used to seeing it. Make it normal. Then launch.

The Bigger Picture

What we're watching in real time is a rollout strategy playing out across multiple continents simultaneously. Production is real. The sightings are real. City Leader Board The expansion is happening. Whether you're in Austin catching one on your commute, in Las Vegas waiting for commercial service to open, or somewhere in Europe watching the Tesla community gather in the Alps — the Cybercab era is not coming. It's here. Spot one near you? Drop it on the map and add it to the record. 🚗⚡
